Motivation: Learning from others Experiences
by Admin The only known path to wisdom is knowledge which comes from learning. However, one loves to have Personal experience as it is perceived to propel an individual to learn things profoundly. Moreover, in the early stages of our life, especially when one is at the dusk of adolescent and at the dawn of adulthood, it may not be wise enough to consider first hand experiences all the time.
As one approaches early adulthood the most intelligent way of gathering experiences is with the attitude of learning from ones surrounding. And not just beat trumpets of know all and tell all. We can also learn from these shared experiences rather than going through the trauma and difficulties which were faced by the others as depicted through the story below. Two fish, swimming in the river, saw a piece of bread dangling before them. As the younger fish moved toward it with an open mouth, the older fish stops and warns the younger one about the danger attached with the dangling bread and it's after math. And calmly the two then decides to swim away.
Do the right things and not the wrong things right, else we might be like a helpless fish pleading for some kind of magic to happen. It is smarter and comparatively less costly to learn from others experiences. So let's be more aware of what is going around, who knows we might just learn an invaluable lesson that may change our lives for good.
